Experts Warn: How Much Alcohol Is Too Much? New Guidelines Highlight the Risks
New Delhi: With increasing awareness around lifestyle-related health issues, medical experts are once again emphasizing caution when it comes to alcohol consumption. According to the latest insights derived from the American Dietary Guidelines, even moderate alcohol use should be approached with care.
While alcohol is socially acceptable and widely consumed, health officials stress that no level of alcohol consumption is truly “safe.” Studies continue to link excessive or long-term alcohol use with a range of health problems, including liver disease, heart complications, and mental health disorders.
