Chittorgarh, November 3, 2026: Accor expands Rajasthan portfolio with signing of Novotel Bhilwara Resort and Spa. Travel Trade Journal reported the development in a detailed account.

According to Travel Trade Journal, Accor has signed Novotel Bhilwara Resort and Spa in Rajasthan, expanding its hospitality portfolio in the state.

Scheduled to open in 2026, the 144-room property will introduce the Novotel brand to Bhilwara, known as the Textile City of India, with a fully vegetarian dining concept and extensive facilities for weddings, social celebrations and business events. Spread across more than seven acres in the Mewar region, the resort will feature 144 rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and a lobby lounge. Wellness and recreational facilities will include a spa, fitness centre and swimming pool.

Novotel Bhilwara Resort and Spa will offer more than 2,000 sq m of indoor ballroom, conference and event space, complemented by approximately 6,000 sq m of outdoor lawns. The facilities are designed to accommodate destination weddings, social celebrations, corporate gatherings, meetings, incentive trips, conferences and exhibitions. The resort will also introduce Novotel’s Longevity Everyday philosophy to the Mewar region, with experiences centred around the brand’s four pillars of Eat, Sleep, Move and Meet.

Bhilwara is one of Rajasthan’s major textile and industrial centres, attracting business travellers and corporate visitors. Its road connectivity to Jaipur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Chittorgarh and Kishangarh also provides opportunities to attract leisure travellers, families and wedding groups. Ennismore, a joint venture in which Accor holds a majority shareholding, is also expanding in the region.
