In a fresh escalation of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, at least three civilians lost their lives in cross-border airstrikes overnight. Russia launched missile and drone attacks on multiple Ukrainian cities, including Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia, killing one person and causing widespread destruction. Meanwhile, Ukraine retaliated with a drone strike on Russia’s Rostov region, resulting in the deaths of two individuals after a vehicle was hit. 

As the war intensifies in 2025, both countries continue to exchange deadly drone and missile attacks, leaving civilian infrastructure and lives at risk. The conflict has once again raised global concerns over the humanitarian crisis and ongoing instability in the region.
