The Police City Control Room (PCR), located on MI Road near BSNL Head Office, Panch Batti, is Jaipur’s central emergency response and surveillance hub for the city. Known as the Abhay Command Centre, this high-tech facility was one of the first fully digital police control rooms in India, inaugurated in 2017.

 It connects over 3,500 CCTV cameras across Jaipur, utilising GPS-enabled patrol dispatch, CALL 100 (and 112) integration, facial recognition, and video analytics to reduce response time and efficiently manage incidents such as crimes, traffic violations, emergencies, and women’s safety alerts. Manned 24/7 by dedicated officers, the PCR uses Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) to track and direct nearest patrol units via mobile data terminals—making Jaipur safer through cutting-edge policing tech.
