The selection process involves the REET eligibility benchmark, followed by a written exam and document verification.

The written exam is typically 2 hours 30 minutes, containing approximately 150 objective questions worth 300 marks, and includes sections on Rajasthan history & culture, subject knowledge, pedagogy, educational psychology, IT, and general awareness. The REET results were declared on 8 May 2025, making qualified candidates eligible to apply immediately.
