About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily venue operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the seamless delivery of events and matchdays.

This role is crucial in maintaining Utilita Bowl’s high operational standards, supporting both domestic and international cricket fixtures as well as large-scale entertainment and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

Support operational planning for cricket matches and large-scale events.

Coordinate venue setup, temporary infrastructure, and logistics.

Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and event partners.

Implement and manage traffic management and safety procedures.

Maintain event documentation, policies, and briefing materials.

Attend pre-event meetings, build briefings, de-rigs, and rehearsals.

Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of services.

Participate in venue presentation inspections and address improvements.

Assist in budgeting and expenditure management.

Represent the Operations Department in stakeholder meetings.

Contribute to continuous improvement in venue and operations processes.

About You

Previous experience in event or venue operations preferred.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during events.

Enthusiasm for sports and live entertainment operations.
